Hi, I’m Lauryn—the hands, heart, and soul behind With Intention. Every piece you see here, from electroformed crystal rings to silver-stamped heirlooms and intention candles, is made by me in the quiet in-between moments of motherhood, healing, and creative flow.

I’ve always been drawn to the magic of creation—whether it's shaping raw materials into wearable art, pouring wax infused with affirmations, or channeling energy through sound bowls and breathwork. With Intention was born from my desire to blend that magic with meaning. I don’t just make jewelry—I craft tiny portals of remembrance, protection, love, and embodiment.

About Me

I'm Lauryn—a multi-passionate artist, mama, wellness educator, and intuitive maker based in Southern California. I create intentional jewelry, ritual candles, and soulful offerings that blend energy work, nature, and self-expression.

My journey also lives in the body. I'm a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, passionate about movement as medicine. Whether I’m handcrafting a silver ring, leading a breathwork session, or filming a workout, everything I do is rooted in embodiment—helping others feel strong, grounded, and empowered from the inside out.

When I'm not in my studio or movement flow, you’ll find me with my daughter, sipping green juice, tuning sound bowls, or dreaming up new ways to live with intention. Every piece I create is an invitation to return to your magic—through ritual, through movement, through self-love.

 

My Journey

My journey started back in 2018, when I began wire-wrapping crystals I wanted to wear myself—stones that held meaning, energy, and intention. Around that same time, I was also hand-pouring full moon ritual candles just for me, turning my self-care into sacred practice.

I never planned to start a business… but when I began wearing my handmade crystal necklaces out in the world, people kept stopping me to ask where I got them. That encouragement lit the spark. I started selling my creations and quickly fell in love—with the process, the energy, and the deeper purpose behind it all.

It wasn’t just jewelry to me—it was a way to wear your intentions, to carry energy on your body and turn daily rituals into something beautiful. What started as a personal practice slowly evolved into With Intention, a space where craftsmanship meets spiritual embodiment.

 

From Electroforming to Silversmithing

Over time, my artistry evolved. I discovered electroforming—a technique that felt like crystal alchemy. It allowed me to preserve raw textures from nature, like crystals and shells, in thick copper. The result? Mystical, earthy pieces that looked like they were pulled from ancient altars.

After years of honing that craft, I felt called to grow again—this time into silversmithing. Learning to work with sterling silver brought a sense of refinement and power to my work. Now, I blend both mediums: grounding electroformed pieces and elevated silverwork that feels sacred and timeless.

Every technique I use is self-taught, deeply intuitive, and driven by intention. I create slowly, with presence. Each ring, necklace, and candle is infused with the energy I want to live by—love, embodiment, protection, softness, and sovereignty.
